Lead with A.W.E is truly a unique learning experience bringing together the science of personality with the art of self-discovery using the tools of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), the science of Lumina Spark psychometrics and the framework of Emotional Intelligence.

This program was created to allow you to take a dive deep into yourself and experience the magnitude of resources you hold within.  Being aware of these inner resources makes it possible for leaders at all levels to be more focused, connected and driven to reach their toughest goals. The program shows you how to lead from your core beliefs, values, with alignment to your true authentic identity and purpose.

During the program, you will learn the basic principles and the essence of:

• Wellness with respect to breath, movement and sleep

• Excellence through NLP, a study of human excellence

This program gives you an opportunity to unpack many beliefs and values with a new perspective. As  you go through the various learnings you will notice the impact it can create in your personal and professional life with its practical applications.
