Every month participants will immerse themselves in experiential learning around selected leadership themes. Themes are inter-related, progressive steps to enhance self-awareness, strengthen communication and build EQ.

Develop self-awareness and awareness of others through Lumina.
Understand personality nuances and use this to better assess yourself and build high performing teams
Month 2
Theme: Communication
Understand and apply communication skills to be assertive and influential.
Learn how to create positive shifts in relationships with stakeholders through recognizing language patterns and structures.
Month 3
Theme: Self-Regulation
Learn to shift into resourceful states and be able to support others
